Rava Laddu

These Sweet balls made of Rava  and coconut is an Indian specialty traditionally made during almost all festivals. Extremely simple to make and delight to eat………….


Ingredients:

  • Rava - 1 cup
  • Sugar - ¼ cup
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Grated coconut – 1 cup
  • Kishmish – 10
  • Cashew nuts – 10
  • Cardamom – 1 pinch
  • Ghee – 2 tbsp

Process:

  1. Take a pan add Ghee then add all dry fruits roast them to golden brown.

  2. Now add grated coconut fresh then add rava and saute them in very low flame till it changes into brown colour.

  3.  Add Sugar and keep mixing in very low flame for 3 min then switch of the flame and add boiled milk to it keep mixing.

  1.  Finally add Cardamom powder mix well and transfer it to a plate.

  1.  Take that laddu mixture into your hand and make small dumplings and let it dry for2hrs.your laddus are ready.
