If you like fried
chicken this is it! With a crunch to the batter and the spices it makes a great
snack or a main meal. In this I tried in a different way of fried chicken using
smashed potato over it. Definitely you will like it, there is no need to stand
in a Q in KFC, MB or MAC
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg chicken wings
- 6 potatoes, boiled
- 1 packet cottage cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili, crushed
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- salt to taste
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- oil for frying
Process:
- Wash chicken wings and pat dry.
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl.
- Add ginger garlic paste, soy sauce and salt.
- Leave it for 30 minutes then steam cook without adding water.
- Peel potatoes and mash them properly.
- Add white pepper, salt, black pepper, cottage cheese and mustard powder in mashed potatoes. Mix well.
- Grease your hand with little oil.
- Take some of potato mixture in your hand, flatten and put a chicken wing in center of it.
- Cover wings.
- Then dip each wing in beaten egg.
- Now roll in bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium high heat.
- Fry wings in hot oil for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Chicken Wings Kay Drumsticks are ready to serve.
- Enjoy with tomato ketchup.
