Omelette Fluffy

 Now am trying to show a variety of egg dish, which can be used as ur break fast or bruncy food.



Ingredients:


2 Eggs  (served for one)
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder (Aachi Mirchi) 
Salt to taste
2 tblsp Milk
1/2 tsp Curry Leaves Powder (Kari Patta)
1 tsp butter.

Process:


1.Take two bowls, separate the egg whites and yolks in it.
In the yolk bowl mix the chilly powder, milk and curry powder with the yolk and beat thoroughly by egg beater.

2.Beat the white of the eggs until fluffy and double the volume in a stainless steel basin, it should be beated at the last moment just before you mix it with the yolks.

3.Mix the white and yolk mixer thoroughly.

4.Heat butter in an omelette pan over medium high heat until it begins to sizzle.
Tilt the pan to coat the surface with the melted butter. (It is very important that the pan be hot and the butter sizzling before adding the egg mixture so the eggs will cook quickly and brown underneath, while remaining soft on the top.)

5.Add the mixture in the pan.

6.Cook on both the sides until it gets brown in colour.

Now your Fluffy omelette is ready to serve

Are we doing proper brushing?

Proper brushing of our teeths takes atleast 2 minutes. most of us wont come close to brush that long. To properly brush your teeth, use short, gentle strokes, paying extra attention to the gumline, hard-to-reach back teeth and areas around fillings, crowns or other restoration. 
  • Clean the outer surfaces of your upper teeth, then your lower teeth
  • Clean the inner surfaces of your upper teeth, then your lower teeth
  • Clean the chewing surfaces
  • For fresher breath, be sure to brush your tongue, too
 

Tilt the brush at a 45° angle against the gumline and sweep or roll the brush away from the gumline.
Gently brush the outside, inside and chewing surface of each tooth using short back-and-forth strokes.
Gently brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath.


 Brush should be: 
   
 only soft bristled toothbrushes with rounded edges should be used, as they are less likely to damage the teeth. Small headed toothbrushes are preferred over longer headed toothbrushes, as the smaller headed toothbrushes brush teeth cleaner and easier.

Paste Should be:


1 Look for toothpastes with added fluoride, as the fluoride can penetrate the enamel and strengthen the enamel considerably, which then protects the tooth much better from decay.
2 Tar-tar control, anti plaque fluoride toothpaste is even better, as it helps to clean the teeth really, really well, removing all the plaque you can get at with the toothbrush and it strengthens the teeth at the same time.
 3 Toothpastes with added mouth wash ingredients help kill any germs that may stay on the teeth following brushing.
4 Long acting toothpastes provide several hours of protection against plaque, following tooth brushing.

The best toothpaste to use is one that combines all of the above characteristics.

   

Gulab jamun - indian delite

It’s a Bengali sweet, but mostly liked all over the world. Here am giving u some tips to make it more tasty and softy. U can use the MTR gulab jamun mix flour……………………


1.Gulab jamun dough should not be so hard or loose, so it has to be prepared as per the instructions in the packet ( Mix the flour and water exactly as dictated).

2.Once u prepared the balls it should be fried immediately in medium heated oil in medium flame.
Aftering frying them, the balls should kept in the tissue paper for a minute before u drop them in the sugar syrup.

3.For preparing the sugar syrup also u have to be very carefull, the consistency of the syrup should be pefect, for the gulabjamuns else the syrup gets dry which makes ur gulab jamun a dry jamun. So do the preparation of the syrup as per instructions in the pack if it is said to boil the syrup for 10-15 min means it has to be done and its consistency also got checked.
  

4.For nice aroma put some saffron strands and badam slices in the sugar syrup.

Eyes are our heavenly gift na?..........

Other than keeping our bodies fit, you can exercise your eyes as well. Our eyes need regular exercise in order to keep them healthy and help minimize eyestrain. It's more important to do the exercises regularly than to do them for a long time. Even 30-60 seconds of eye movement every hour is very helpful.

Here are some easy to follow steps and tips to exercise your eyes and keep them healthy:

Palming Exercise. Sit comfortably on a chair. Rub your hands together until they feel warm. Close your eyes and cover them lightly with your cupped palms. Avoid applying pressure on your eyeballs. Place your palms so that the nose remains uncovered, and the eyes remain behind the slight hollow of the palms. Make sure that no light rays enter the eyes, and leave no gaps between fingers or between the edge of the palms and the nose. You may still see other lingering traces of colors. Imagine deep blackness and focus on the blackness. Take deep breaths slowly and evenly, while thinking of some happy incident; or visualize a distant scene. After your eyes see nothing but blackness, remove your palms from your eyes. Repeat the palming for 3 minutes or more.


Close your eyes tightly for 3-5 seconds, then open them for 3-5 seconds. Repeat this 7 or 8 times.


Close your eyes and massage them with circular movements of your fingers for 1-2 minutes. Make sure you press very lightly; otherwise, you could hurt your eyes.


Press three fingers of each hand against your upper eyelids, and hold them there for 1-2 seconds, then release. Repeat 5 times.


Roll your eyes clockwise, then counter-clockwise. Repeat 5 times, and blink in between each time.


Focusing Exercises. Sit about 6 inches (150 mm) from the window. Make a mark on the glass at your eye level (a small sticker, black or red, would be perfect). Look through this mark and focus on something far away for 10-15 seconds; then focus on the mark again.


Hold a pencil in front of you at arm's length. Move your arm slowly to your nose, and follow the pencil with your eyes until you can keep it in focus. Repeat 10 times.


Look in front of you at the opposite wall and pretend that you are writing with your eyes, without turning your head. It may seem difficult at first, but with a bit of practice it is really fun. The bigger the letters, the better the effect.

Imagine that you are standing in front of a really big clock. Look at the middle of the clock. Then look at any hour mark, without turning your head. Look back at the center. Then look at another hour mark. Do this at least 12 times. You can also do this exercise with your eyes closed.


Focus on a distant object (over 150 feet or 50 m away) for several seconds and slowly refocus your eyes on a nearby object (less than 30 feet or 10 m away) that’s in the same direction. Focus for several seconds and go back to the distant object. Do this 5 times.


Focus on an object in the distance (as far as possible) with a low contrasting background. Do this for a few minutes every half hour or so. This does not improve your vision, nor does any other technique. It can, however, maintain your best eyesight level during the day and prevent significant further vision deterioration.


Make up and down eye movements starting from up to to down. Do this 8 times. Then do the side to side eye movement, starting from left to right. Repeat this 8 times. Make sure not to add pressure to your eyes! It only worsen your vision!

Good Habits to be Followed

         There are several strategies you can do to burn calories in the body. No need to spend long hours at the gym or a strict diet.

The following ways can be done in about one minute. The key, do it as often as possible.

Talking while walking
Try to talk or sing while walking or doing other activities. For example, cleaning the table (85 calories burned) or watering the plants (burning 102 calories). It would be better if you do it more than a minute, because the calories you burn even more.

Drinking green tea before walking
Before walking into the place of lunch or "window shopping" at the mall, drink a glass of warm green tea. The content of natural caffeine frees fatty acids, making it more flammable. It's polifenol content will increase the amount of calorie burn. So, before a walk, make sure you drink green tea first.

Bring lunch
Eating at restaurants can make you eat more calories and more than 300 calories. Should take food from the house or if you go to restaurant, wrap and eat at home to avoid "hungry eyes".

Replace butter
For the bread greasing, replace butter with olive oil. Besides being more healthy, olive oil makes you eat less. The average calories are 52 fewer calories than using butter.

Select the fish menu
If you really want to eat in restaurants or other eating places, make the fish as the main choice menu. The content of omega 3 in fish, help increase fat burning process through metabolism. Choose processed fish made soup or baked, processed fish should avoid "deep fried"
