Bread Halwa

 whenever there is a left over bread at home, it may be dried and crumbled to be used later as bread crumbs or more often than not, prepare bread halwa.  lets see the ingredients for it.,


Ingredients:
 
  1 Bread pack 
  1 cup Ghee
  6-8 Cardamoms (elachi) 
  6-8 Almonds (Badam)
  6-8 Cashewnuts
  1 lit Milk
  1 and 1/2 cup Sugar (u can decrease it as per your taste)


Process:

     1. Make the bread into a bit Sized pieces. 

     2. Heat the ghee in a pan and add the bread pieces and fry them until they turn into golden brown.

     3. Grind elachi, almonds and cashewnuts to a fine paste (leave a few for garnish)

     4. Boil the milk, add sugar and keep stirring it till it blends into the milk. 

     5. Add the fried bread pieces and the remaining ghee to this mixture.

     6. Allow the bread pieces turn soft and cook in the milk mixture. Add the nuts paste. Garnish with the                toasted cashewnut, almonds.   
    
     7. Serve it as warm or cold, it tastes good in both way.
