Vanilla Biscuit(home made)

 
Biscuits are high in fibre, easily digestive, any time food, can take for long travel and so on, so lets try this too in varieties...................... 


INGREDIENTS:                                   QUANTITY


1.       Flour                                                      150gms
2.       Fat                                                          75gms
3.       Egg                                                         1/2no
4.       Salt                                                         a pinch
5.       Baking powder                                  a pinch
6.       Vanilla essence                                 few drops




1.    Method:
  1.        Sieve the flour with salt and baking powder and keep it separately
     2.       Powder the sugar separately and beat the egg with vanilla essence separately.
     3.       Cream the fat and add the powdered sugar.
     4.       Add the well beaten egg with essence little by little.
     5.       Add the sieved floue with the cream and make it into dough.
     6.       Sheet the dough and cut it into required shape.
     7.       Keep the biscuit in tray and bake it with temperature for 200deg Celsius for 15 Minutes.
     8.       Now the crispy and tasty biscuit is ready.
